Being Narrow minded is a good thing!

So as I was getting my thoughts together for this post, I decided to start by looking up the definition of narrow minded. And to my surprise (but then again not really) I found that being narrow minded was portrayed as something very negative. I mean with words like “petty” and statements of “lacking vision”, narrow minded people are basically ridiculed and disrespected. And it’s no coincidence that as this world becomes more and more wicked GODLESS! that true followers of Jesus Christ seem to be all that’s considered “narrow minded”. And this my friends is how the persecution begins.

When we are “intolerable” or unwilling to accept any ideas or behaviors that are different from our own (how hypocritical for the world to say!), we are unloving and inhumane?? I don’t think so. Don’t be deceived. This world not only wants you to “tolerate” but to CELEBRATE everything that God hates. Being open minded will have you thinking that it’s normal for men to lay with each other the way that they were designed to lay with women. It will have you believing that it’s more honorable for a woman to murder her infant than for her to quit her job to care for it. Being open minded will have you disregarding scriptures until you ultimately believe in a whole ‘nother Jesus! We HAVE to be narrow minded! Woe unto them that call good evil, and evil good.

I’m done after reading those definitions. There’s a lot I could say but I’ll just leave you all with a scripture to consider..

With nothing but love,

Brandi
